HOW IT WORKS

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING OUR WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU WORK WITH ME?

Depending on how much weight you are looking to drop we work together for 3 months to a year. Clients who are compliant with the program drop 3-6 lbs + a month, slow and steady.

 

 

STEP 1 
We meet privately and discuss where you are, where you want to go and determine the best route for you based on your past and experiences and decide if we are a good fit.

 

STEP 2  
We book your first session in person or over zoom and you receive your binder, recipe books and planner.

 

STEP 3 
We have your 2-hour session, via zoom or in person.

 

HOW A SESSION WORKS
PART 1

I speak directly to your subconscious mind and I guide you back to scenes in your life that your subconscious mind picked up about health.

We get to the root cause of why you can’t stop binge eating, comfort eating or overeating sugar. Together you and I will release and reframe outdated beliefs that do not serve you in your present-day life.


PART 2
Therapy: We fire the part of you that sabotages you or holds you back.


PART 3
Silence the Inner Critic and you experience a powerful immersion to start loving yourself. This is how you let go of the belief that a healthy body is not available to you.

 

 

STEP 4 

You will start listening to your “Shrink Yourself Recording” daily and I give you Phase 1 of your eating plan. You will know exactly what to eat and what time to help you drop weight and have more energy.

 

It’s imperative you listen for 21 days consecutively and for as long as you would like to. The purpose of this recording is to rewire your mind to believe you can have good health and therefore take steps necessary to take care of your mind and body.

 

STEP 5

You join the Sweet Freedom Group via an app where we support each other, give tips, and help hold each other accountable.

 

STEP 6 

We meet every other week 1 on 1 for an in-depth look at your progress and schedule any additional sessions based on your needs.
