Who We Are

This website belongs to Aloha Wellness, the hypnotherapy practice of Kannary Keo, at 400 Tradecenter Dr, Woburn, MA 01801. When this page says "I," "me" or "we," it means Aloha Wellness and Kannary.

What I Collect

I only collect what you choose to share:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number (if you add it) and your message.

• Tranquil Mind audio sign-up: your name and email.

• Discovery Call booking: the details you enter when you book, such as your name, email, phone number and the time you pick.

• Text messages: if you text me, I'll have your number and what you send.

Please don't send medical details through the website. We can talk about what's going on during your call.

How I Use It

• To reply to you.

• To send the free audio and the follow-up emails you signed up for.

• To schedule and confirm your Discovery Call and any sessions.

That's it. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone so they can market to you.

You can unsubscribe from my emails any time, using the link at the bottom of every email.

Text Messages

I only text you if you text me first or agree to hear from me by text. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts.

The Tools That Run This Site

A few service providers help me run this website and my practice: my website host, my booking system and my email tools. They handle your information on my behalf, only to provide those services.

Client Confidentiality

What you share with me stays confidential. The exceptions are the ones the law requires: if I learn that a child, elder or vulnerable person is being abused, or someone is at serious risk of harm, I may have to report it.
